Dr. Antoine Bilodeau and his colleagues (M. Paquet, D. Salée, C. Belkhodja) are offering ONE fellowship on the topic of Immigration and Ethnic Diversity for a student applying to Concordia University PhD program in Political Science (for Fall 2019 entry). This fellowship is for students interested in writing a thesis on the topic of immigration or ethnic diversity using quantitative analyses. The fellowship is worth $27,000. The selected candidate will receive the fellowship over a three-year period ($9000 per year). The selected candidate will be expected to assist Dr. Antoine Bilodeau and his collagues in their research projects during the three years of the fellowship.

The selected candidate will also be eligible for teaching assistant positions, valued at a minimum of $6,000 per year for three years. Finally, the selected candidate will be considered for additional entrance awards offered by the Faculty of Arts and Sciences, the School of Graduate Studies, and the Department of Political Science.

The selected candidate will be integrated into the team of researchers and students within Concordia’s Centre for Immigration Policy Evaluation and will become a student affiliate of the Centre for the Study of Democratic Citizenship, a FRQSC-regroupement stratégique, and hence become eligible for travel and for training grants.
